Friendship Place, Inc. is a non-profit social, educational, and recreational mental health outreach program for people with mental illness. It is designed to encourage participation in activities and opportunities both at the outreach center and in the community. We are set up to give clients informal counseling and regular face-to-face contact with staff to assist in a variety of problem-solving activities. We exist to reach out and make a difference to people with mental illness and encourage them to be more active, contributing members of our community.
